Community Power Coalition
The Community Power Coalition brings together a diverse network of like-minded organisations who share a common goal of promoting the development of citizen and community ownership of energy in the urgent transformation towards a 100% renewable energy system. The Coalition includes associations representing energy cooperatives, networks of cities and local authorities, the renewable energy industry, legal experts and diverse environmental NGOs.
Relation to DECIDE
Lately, the Coalition has been focussing on the correct implementation of EU legislation regarding RED II and IEMD. All members are active in securing an energy transition with the citizens at its core.

ECCO One Stop Shop
The purpose of the One Stop Shop (OSS) is to have a place where communities can access all relevant information regarding community Community Energy Projects quickly and effortlessly. The OSS connects users through a social media platform, which can be linked to Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter accounts. Through this platform one can meet both professionals and individuals with experience in renewable energy and Energy Communities. Users can also browse the forum to share their knowledge and expertise on a range of topics pertinent to Community Energy projects.
Relation to DECIDE
Energy Communities are the main stakeholders targetd in OSS' platform, which is a good source of information on Collective Actions.

EU Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy
The Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy Europe was lunched in 2008 and currently brings together thousands of local governments committed to implementing EU climate and energy objectives and to achieve European targets in the three main pillars of action: adaptation, mitigation and energy poverty. The initiative now gathers 9,000+ local and regional authorities across 57 countries, drawing on the strengths of a worldwide multi-stakeholder movement and the technical and methodological support offered by dedicated offices.
Relation to DECIDE
The Covenant of Mayors for Climate & Energy Europe focusses on Energy Communities and Collective Actions in its second and third pillar, which are mitigation and energy poverty. The target audience for projects and initiatives started in this framework are local authorities that can be both promoters and facilitators of Renewable Energy Communities and Collective Actions that might be interested in leveraging local initiatives in order to reach their climate goals.

MUSE GRIDS
MUSE GRIDS is a project that aims to demonstrate the concept of a “smart energy system” by putting together a set of technological and non-technological solutions targeting the interaction of local energy grids (electricity grids, district heating and cooling networks, water networks, gas grids, electromobility etc.) in order to enable maximisation of local energy independency. It does that by optimising the management of the production via end user-driven control strategies, smart grid functionality, storage and CHP and RES integration.
Relation to DECIDE
MUSE Grids will implement two large-scale pilot projects in in a European urban area (OSIMO) and a European rural area (OUD HEVERLEE), both with a weak connection with the national energy grid and energy markets. By doing this, they will demonstrate how to interconnect local energy grids; how to utilise synergies in the energy system to maximise efficiency, reduce costs, CO2 emissions and energy losses; and how to reach affordable energy independency mainly maximising local self-consumption based on RES.
